How long are LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops generally take at least a few hours. It's outcome driven and designed to move the needle on a problem your organization is facing. Like any work session, it takes time to get to the desired outcome. Also, remember, you're benefiting from hearing from EVERYONE in the room, not just a few like most meetings.

Shorter workshops *can* be available depending on the outcome - let's have a conversation about it!

In person? virtual? Can LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY be done in either setting?

The answer is both! LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops can be done in person or virtually. If done virtually, participants will either need to pick up their kits from the office or have them sent to their home.

What's the investment?

Since we custom-design the workshops for your organization, we'll need to understand more about your needs before we can determine what the investment amount is. There's a lot of factors that play into this - so it's best to have a call first.

What's the origin of this?

The idea of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was first developed in the mid-1990s when two professors at IMD Switzerland and The LEGO Group owner Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen were exploring alternate strategic planning tools and systems. The first use case for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was actually business strategy! Since then, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® has been in practice around the globe for more than 20 years.
